Impact Dental Laboratory provides free pick-up and delivery to all clients, all across Canada. For clients local to our office, one of our reliable drivers is just a phone call away. For those clients that are beyond our local boundries next day shipping is available using our pre-paid shipping slips.
- To recieve shipping slips, call customer service at 1-800-668-4691.
- To schedule a pick-up as a local client, call 613-746-0602.
- To schedule a pick-up as a courier client, call 1-888-SHIP-123.
For our ICS clients, please be sure to complete the shipping slip in it’s entirety, following the instructions below:

Once the shipping slip has been completed, complete the prescription and package all contents tightly using bubble wrap and seal it in a new or recycled Impact shipping box.
