Laboratory Systems
Qualified NDX Reliance Laboratories operate according to a set of guidelines called the 10 Principles of Qualified NDX Reliance Laboratories. These principles articulate what enables a dental laboratory to provide reliable service, outlining systems that establish standards of quality, ensure a well-trained staff and offer a means of developing effective communication. With computerized systems in place for scheduling cases, tracking their progress and reviewing the individual preferences of each doctor, Qualified NDX Reliance Laboratories facilitate communication with the dental office as well as within the laboratory.
Information collected on Doctor Preference forms is periodically updated and can be referred to throughout the fabrication process. Because we believe a doctor’s evaluation of the finished product is such a critical checkpoint in our quality assurance program, a Case Critique Card is sent out with every case. Feedback received is then used to improve communication and fabrication processes. Participation in continuing education programs is what enables Qualified NDX Reliance Laboratories to provide accurate technical support.
Such programs enable our technicians to hone their technical skills so they may assist doctors with solutions to difficult cases.
- Computerized case scheduling
- Computerized tracking of doctor preferences
- Case Critique Cards
- Qualified assistance with difficult cases
- Ongoing advanced training for laboratory personnel
